Kürşat Enes Selçuk YÜCEL graduated from the Department of Software Engineering at OSTİM Technical University in 2025. As part of his undergraduate thesis, he developed a model for forest fire prediction using logistic regression and simulation. His academic and professional work includes projects focused on developing and scaling Geographic Information Systems platforms, automated scheduling systems based on .NET 8 and React, and LLM integrations for financial sentiment analysis.

Technologies: .NET 8, React, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, MongoDB, Python, JavaScript, GeoServer, Leaflet, QGIS, and Docker.
