
Dear Students,
Please find below the important information regarding your graduation projects and the upcoming presentation process.
Presentation Schedule
Final project presentations will take place on May 18–20, 2026 (Monday–Wednesday).
The specific schedule for each group will be announced separately.
📌 Note: May 19, 2026 (Tuesday) is an official public holiday (Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day). No presentations will be scheduled on this day.
Poster Presentation
Poster presentations will be held on May 21, 2026 (Thursday).
Your posters must be ready before May 21, 2026 (Thursday).
Poster Requirements
Your poster must include the following:
Problem definition
Project objectives
Software model visuals (e.g., context diagram)
Screenshots from your software
Project title
Advisor’s name and photo
Group members’ names, roles, and photos
📌 Design Guidelines:
Poster size: 70 × 100 cm
It is important to create a clean, simple, and visually effective design, using AI tools where appropriate
Presentation Guidelines
Prepare a PowerPoint presentation highlighting the key elements of your report
Total duration: 15 minutes
You may demonstrate a working MVP during your presentation
Please plan your time carefully
Report and Submission
Your report must be prepared in PDF format
On the presentation day, bring at least 3 printed (hard copy) versions for the jury members
It is recommended that each group member also keeps a personal copy
📌 Additionally:
You may include your GitHub repository links in the report
If you used project management tools, do not forget to include evidence in your report, poster, and presentation
Evaluation Criteria
Your project will be evaluated as a complete process, including:
Problem Definition: 10%
Planning and Project Management: 15%
Analysis: 15%
Design: 15%
Implementation: 15%
Testing: 10%
Working Product (MVP): 20%
Final Note
At the end of your presentation, you may ask your advisor and jury members to sign your printed report. This can serve as a valuable academic keepsake for your personal archive.
